# About Pnyx.ai Pnyx.ai was born in December 2023, with the team releasing a beta in January 2024. Early adopters—spanning approximately 50 Discord and Telegram communities—played a key role in testing our initial workflow automation and customer support features. By mid-2024, Pnyx pivoted to focus on providing advanced analytics and insights across online communities. Unlike new projects, Pnyx.ai stands apart with our custom data pipeline which has already analyzed over 3 million real messages across dozens of communities and generated thousands of insightful reports.
